About & Contact Us

JoinBonanzaPlay exists because the difficulty curve in this genre is usually described as gradual, and it is not. It arrives in three distinct steps, each introducing a mechanic rather than simply asking for more of the same, and knowing which step you are on tells you what is worth practising. Once that was written down, the rest of the site followed from it.

Ryan Cote writes it, in Montréal, on his own. There is no team behind it, no panel of testers, and no intention of turning it into a network of sites. What appears on these pages is one person’s reading of a format, checked by playing boards of that format rather than by consulting anybody.

Writing to him

[email protected]

This is the whole of the contact arrangement. There is no form on the site, no chat widget, no ticket system, no newsletter and no data collection anywhere on the domain — you write, and the answer comes back from the same address.

Email [email protected]

What a reply looks like, and when

It is written by the person who wrote the pages, and it normally arrives within a couple of business days. Anything sent over a weekend or a Québec statutory holiday waits for the next working day, so a message sent late on a Friday is usually answered on Monday or Tuesday. If a week goes by in silence, the message very probably did not arrive at all — sending it again is a better assumption than concluding it was ignored.

Things worth raising

  • A band boundary, mechanic or figure on the site that no longer matches how a game behaves.
  • A correction of any size: a stale detail, a term used loosely, a link that has stopped resolving.
  • An order for the Stage Band Companion, or a question about one already placed.
  • A privacy request under PIPEDA or Law 25 — access, correction, withdrawal of consent, deletion of correspondence.
  • A copyright or trade mark concern, dealt with as described in the Third-Party Disclaimer.

Things this address genuinely cannot reach

Refunds, charges, missing progress and applications that will not launch are matters for the platform and the publisher. This site holds no account with either, has no access to their systems and cannot intervene on anyone’s behalf. Their own support channels are the only route, and going there first saves several days rather than being a way of declining to help.
