Terms of Use
Text of September 2, 2026
These conditions govern the use of joinbonanzaplay.com. Nothing on the site requires an account, a signature or a payment in order to be read, so if any part of what follows is unacceptable to you, ceasing to read is a complete and immediate remedy.
What is published, and what it is not
JoinBonanzaPlay publishes a breakdown of jewel matching boards on Android: what changes between stage bands, what spatial foresight means when described concretely rather than as a slogan, and the vocabulary the genre uses without ever defining. The material is editorial — one person’s reading of a format, arrived at by playing it — and is offered as general interest writing. It is not professional advice of any kind, it is not documentation for any product, and it should not be relied upon as either.
No software is distributed from this site. There is no download, no installer, no APK, no repackaged build and no mirror of anyone’s files, and no page links to one. Applications named in the text are obtained from the stores their publishers use, on those platforms’ terms.
Reading costs nothing and always will. One paid item exists, described below, and it is ordered by email rather than bought on the page.
How long the text remains true, and who owns it
Each page carries the date its text was last reviewed. Games change after that date: band boundaries move, mechanics are added, monetisation is altered, titles are withdrawn from stores altogether. A description written accurately in September can be inaccurate by December through nobody’s fault, which is why anything you intend to act upon should be confirmed against the application’s current store listing and its own in-game help. Both outrank this site on any question of fact about a particular app.
The site is provided as is and as available. No warranty is given that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.
The writing, the arrangement of the pages and the tables are the work of Ryan Cote and are protected by copyright. Reading them, printing a copy for your own use, bookmarking, linking and quoting a short passage with attribution all require no permission and never will. Republishing a page in full, translating it and posting the translation, or incorporating the material into a product of your own require written permission first, which is usually given when asked. Game titles, studio names and platform names appear descriptively and remain the property of their owners.
The Stage Band Companion
One item on this site is paid for: a twenty-two page PDF, sold once at CAD 12. Ryan Cote sells it as a private individual and not as a business. There is no shop on this domain, no checkout, no payment page, and no card details are collected anywhere on it at any point.
An order begins with an email. The reply carries Interac e-Transfer details; once the transfer arrives, the PDF is sent to the address the order came from, normally within two business days. The price is paid once: nothing renews, nothing is retained for a later charge, and no account is created. No sales tax is added and no invoice from a registered business is issued, because none exists to issue one.
The licence granted is personal. Print it, keep it on as many of your own devices as you like, write on it. Reselling it, uploading it or otherwise circulating it is not permitted, and it is supplied without copy protection precisely because that restriction is meant to be observed rather than enforced against you.
Delivery of a digital file is complete when the message is sent. If it never arrives, or arrives and will not open, write and choose between a resend and a refund in full: no explanation is asked for and no deadline applies to the asking. Beyond that, a file that was delivered and opened is not refunded, which is the ordinary position for a digital item and takes nothing away from any right you hold under Québec consumer legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.
The companion is written and drawn entirely by Ryan Cote. It contains no material belonging to any game developer, is licensed and endorsed by nobody, and buying it gives you no rights in any game it happens to discuss.
Links, liability and acceptable use
A link leaving this domain leads to material controlled by somebody else, along with its accuracy, its availability, its terms and its handling of your data. Including a link is not an endorsement, not a recommendation to spend money, and not a warranty about what you will find at the other end. These conditions and the Privacy Policy stop applying the moment you follow one.
To the fullest extent the law permits, Ryan Cote is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it, including indirect and consequential loss, loss of data, and any cost incurred through third-party software or an app store. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum the law allows. Nothing in this paragraph removes a consumer protection available to you that cannot be waived by agreement.
Three things are not welcome: scraping the site at a volume that degrades availability for other readers, probing or attempting access to the hosting account, and republishing the material under another name. Everything else is.
Contact, amendment and applicable law
Corrections, complaints, order questions and formal notices all go to [email protected]. Naming the page and quoting the sentence concerned usually settles a matter in a single exchange, and replies normally take a couple of business days.
These conditions may be amended. The version published on this page, carrying the date at its head, is the one in force, and continuing to use the site after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it. The laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada govern these conditions, with the courts of the district of Montréal having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rule protecting you in the place where you live.
